Chief Development Officer – Kelly Douglas

Kelly joined Health Poverty Action Global as the Head of Fundraising in 2019, and is now the Chief Development Officer for Health Poverty Action USA. She has over 15 years experience in fundraising, with a focus in philanthropy and business development in both the charity and higher education sectors. Her career has been steeped in social justice, and continued from her previous roles as Associate Director of the Rape Crisis Center of Dane County and Development Director with Center for Patient Partnerships, a patient advocacy organization at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, both located in Madison, Wisconsin.

Kelly moved to London in 2017 for a Masters program in Social and Cultural Psychology at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and completed her dissertation on how to effectively confront racial prejudice with White Americans.
