Health Poverty Action USA is based in Madison, Wisconsin. While we have a strategic partnership with Health Poverty Action in the United Kingdom – reflected in our missions and branding – we are separately registered and operating organizations with designated staff and Boards.

Board of Directors

The Health Poverty Action USA governing bodies are made up of voluntary Board members.

They delegate management of the organization to the senior leadership, but the Board members remain ultimately responsible for the affairs of the non-profit organization, ensuring that it is solvent, well-run, and delivering appropriate outcomes in terms of public benefit.
